Title IX Notice of Nondiscrimination

In accordance with the requirements set forth in Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), Little Dolphins By The Sea provides this notice of nondiscrimination and states that the School does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs and activities. Title VI Notice

Little Dolphins By The Sea School does not does not exclude from participation in, deny the benefits of, or subject any individual to discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin. This policy applies to all programs, services, and facilities, including applications, admissions, and employment.
