Our new Location
We are very fortunate to have found a new location at 1812 Stanford Street in Santa Monica. We have the unique opportunity to transform 5,500 square feet of indoor space into a magical environment designed especially for early childhood education. Along with indoor classrooms, our children will learn and play in a creative environment that includes a music room, a large performance space, a library and plenty of space for imaginative play. In addition, the 17,000 sq ft of outdoor space will be designed as an outdoor classroom that lends itself to environmental learning and play, complete with a bike path, a secure climbing area, a swing set, a sand box and raised gardens.
We are moving forward in the permitting process and look forward to joining the Santa Monica community for the 2008-09 school year.
We are a school where mutual respect and concern for our world is translated into action. Consistent with our mission of environmental education we are executing an adaptive re-use of the existing building from its current use to one appropriate for early childhood education.
